NLS Engineering delivers COVID-19 Business Continuity Response

As we continue to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely, the health and well-being of our associates, clients, and staff is of utmost importance to us.

As a critical partner to businesses and government entities across North America, we also understand that limiting any impact this health event could have on our service to our clients is imperative. We are keenly focused on our preparedness efforts to maintain a safe work environment for our staff and associates while sustaining our business operations responsibly.

Some of the key measures we’ve taken to continue service delivery while maintaining a safe work environment include:

  • Enabling staff to work from home with secure access to corporate resources, files, and critical IT infrastructure in the cloud
  • Providing our staff with information and best practices to prevent the spread of any illness
  • Equipping our staff with rated face masks, protective gloves and sanitizing gels
  • Limiting all non-essential business travel and implementing self-quarantine upon returning from necessary travel
  • Advancing procurement of SCADA hardware to mitigate global delivery delays

At present, no NLS Engineering staff have been infected or impacted by COVID-19 and our business is running at full capacity.

Security, safety and well-being are integral to our services, business processes and infrastructure. Our robust business continuity plan will allow NLS staff to keep our operations running smoothly and provide you with the best possible service.

We will continue to monitor this developing situation and will shift workloads, as necessary, to ensure essential services remain operable. In dealing with the present circumstances, we will continue to use every effort to deliver uninterrupted professional SCADA engineering services to all our clients.
